Hello, hopefully im in the right subreddit and this type of post is allowed. I am about to start a shift rotation that i have done before but always ate out and generally have not eaten healthy and im looking to change that.
I will be living in a hotel with a kitchenette. I work 7am-7pm with about an hour travel from hotel to site and dont feel like cooking or eating out every night. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
