So I found my favourite thing to meal prep for dinner which is a nice vegan lentil veggie curry, but even with rice it still leaves me a lot of uneaten calories for the day (like 700+) so I want something to meal prep that’s filling for the afternoon!

I don’t really like beans unless they’re cooked into a recipe or well seasoned but I won’t eat them raw/cold/in a salad 😅 thanks!!
