My wife finds herself without time in the morning to make a healthy, filling breakfast before I head off to work and the baby needs her full attention. So breakfast ends up getting skipped or it’s something easy but unhealthy.

She needs to be in the right mood for eggs or oats, so making jars of overnight oats or frittata muffins won’t work, and she’s not a fan of peanut butter or bananas. So we are dealing with that too. Yay.

Any suggestions for something we can batch-make and be a simple grab item, either to reheat or enjoy cold? Doesn’t have to be a “traditional” breakfast item either. Thank you for any ideas!
