Title. I’ve been eating chicken and rice for about 2 years now. I’ve recently fallen off the wagon and I need to get back on my meal plan but I’m just so turned off by the thought of going back to eating chicken and rice. In the past I’ve tried different recipes as substitutes but I always find myself going back to chicken and rice. It may be a placebo but I always see better results at the gym when I’m eating good ole’ reliable chicken and rice. But this time I can’t bring myself to eat it consistently. Does anyone have any recipes they use to get their protein and carbs that aren’t chicken and rice?
