I tried to lighten up as much as possible but I did use boneless skinless chicken thigh with excess fat removed. I did char the chicken a bit too much lol 😅
Added fresh cauliflower to the chicken tikka because I like it. I used 1c unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup half n half instead of all half n half.
