I am super interested in doing some meal prep. Just wondering if people are freezing some of the preps for later in the week? And a lot seem to have made the same dish for everyday.

Are people eating the same meal every day for the work week? And will it be yucky by Thursday or Friday?

To be fair, I eat the same breakfast every day during the week but try to switch it up for lunches. I imagine prep time is probably a factor and making multiple dishes is a lot more work. Just wondering everyone’s take on this. Thanks.
