I was really into eating healthy and going to the gym. Broke up with my fiance got depressed gained weight. Trying to get back into shape.ive been eating heathier but want to kick it up a notch. Also healthy snacks would be cool too. I’ve been bringing nature valley bars which I know are high in sugar and like. Cheese sticks and apples. Anyways easier the better. I do know how to cook alright just rusty. My fiance slowly took over the kitchen and had me do all the cleaning. I’ve been making quinoa salads… Quinoa beans guacamole various veggies and that’s good but need to mix it up a bit
