I wanna meal prep and bring that food to school then heat it up in the microwave . Idk if that’s okay.. Also how long does food last in the fridge until it’s yk bad and what are great foods that you can include in a meal that’s okay to put in the fridge for weeks.. something that’s not soupy or friend bcs I find that if u freeze or refrigerate your food that’s fried and microwave it it gets soggy
