Hi everyone.

I generally cook for the whole week and then freeze meals for my lunch.

I made baked potatoes and chicken last week and this week I made chicken curry and rice.

I found the texture of the potatoes and rice became so weird when heated in the microwave.

The potatoes became soggy and grainy and the rice become soft and broke apart.

I let the food cool down before freezing and I freeze in cheapish plastic containers.

Any tips?
