This may seem like a stupid question, but I’m somewhat trying to start meal prep due to increasing hours at work and wanting a somewhat better diet. I somewhat get how to prep it in general with cooking and separating it, but the few times I’ve tried to reheat the food I’ve made…it always comes out soggy or ending up dried out. Is there a way to keep that from happening? Or is using a microwave a stupid move and generally not done? Wanting to get better but feel kinda silly asking because the answer is probably right in my face. Thank you.
