I can’t think of anywhere else to ask this

What foods can I take that don’t need to be refrigerated or warm from about 9:00 am to 1:00 pm?

Is freezing the food the night before and letting it thaw out during the day until it’s time to eat safe?
I’ve looked up foods to take but I have a hard time chewing anything crunchy or bread type things, and anything hard so that ruled out most chips and peanut butter sandwiches or nuts which were the most suggested things.

I’ve just been drinking meal shakes but I’m getting so tired of them. I’ll take almost any suggestions (please no nuts). I’m absolutely in to take as much time as needed to prep things.
