Hello, I visited Canada last week and bought a bottle of maple syroup out of curiosity as in my country it is a rather rare product, and I’m not sure what can I do with it. Of course, I know about pancakes, but I was rather thinking about something savoury. Any ideas? Can it be used instead of honey for a glaze?
