Recently I’ve decided to make the switch to meal prep in an effort to eat less fast food. I did good the last few weeks until I’ve reached a wall where I don’t know what to make. I’m a picky eater, so looking up meal prep ideas has been hard.
I want to I corporate ground beef into some meal prep. I’ve focused mainly on salmon and chicken. I’d like to broaden my food horizons to be less picky. What are your favorite meals for the week?
