I’ve been doing meal prep but really have a sweet tooth, all my meals are a combination of eggs, ground turkey and cheese. This is great for getting full but still have cravings. Is it fine to eat junk food as long as I meet my calorie goal? (in deficit rn) eating healthy I’m full enough to be short 300 calories everyday easily, let’s say I had a halo top ice cream pint for 300 calories near daily would this ruin my muscle/cut?
