Hey so i wanted to start meal prepping bu have no idea how many calories and carbs i’d need in a day. Im currently 170 lbs. not rele interested in bulking up a lot. I just want to stay around the same weight ( max 180 lbs) but want to tone up more. I know i’d need around 170g of protein a day but how many calories and carbs should i aim for ? If someone could help that would b greatly appreciated 🙂
