I need help!

I have a three month old baby and she takes up literally all of my time, to the point where at lunch times I suddenly realise I’m starving and have no time to prep anything so I end up ordering food online. This is not great for my body or my bank account so I need to start meal prepping!

I have time in the evenings/ weekends to prep stuff as my husband is around and can look after the munchkin and I need meals that I can either eat cold or microwave quickly. I’m not a picky eater, and as I’m breastfeeding, I believe the only thing I can’t eat a huge amount of is oily fish (only 1-2 times a week). Obviously no food ideas with alcohol in them!

Please can you help me with any lunch meal ideas, and any tips for meal prepping in general?
