Hi, so it’s Thursday. And I usually meal prep Wednesdays and Sundays. But I couldn’t yesterday because of my health. My condition makes it physically impossible to move, turn, bend down etc. If I move, it feels like my insides are being ripped out…yeah it isn’t pleasant. Anyways, does anyone have any tips on how to make meal prepping easier when you’re physically unwell? I mostly meal prep on my ‘good days’ but I’ve been having a bad couple of weeks. I try to focus on recipes I can just put in the oven for an hour and sit down and rest whilst it’s getting done but even then, there are some preps to do like wash the chicken, chop the veggies etc. How do you guys manage it?

Btw I don’t have a slow cooker so please don’t tell me to make slow cooker recipes.
