I may be without a microwave in the near future, though I’ll have plenty of other appliances (stove, oven, air fryer, toaster oven…).

I think I can go without a microwave pretty easily but today I was heating up a simple dish of a roasted chicken breast, broccoli, and quinoa and was wondering about quick ways to reheat that kind of meal without a microwave and without making it unpleasantly dry or otherwise unpalatable.

Does anyone have any tried and true tips?
