Sooooo this was actually supposed to be cooked on Monday for 5 meals but that didn’t happen lol. Konjac noodles under the veg sautéed with garlic and ginger. Let’s see got broccoli, carrots,mushrooms, water chestnuts and bok choy sautéed with green onion, garlic, ginger and a little sesame oil. I used a spicy orange sauce I picked up from thr store. Beef for the meat and the containers have a bit of yum yum sauce. Fresh green onion to the side to put on top. Oh and sesame seeds.
