To go more into detail. I work 12 hour night shifts 4 days a week and will be going to school again soon and that will be during the day and that will be 3-4x a week. I am trying to eat better but it doesnt have to be super healthy. I would like help with easy things to make and if they are quick that would work as well, and I am paying for school out of pocket so I also dont have a bunch of money especially since my roommate will be moving soon so any cheap recipes or tips. Any help or advice is super helpful. I do have an instant pot currently (roommates), rice cooker, and an air fryer (also roommates), and of course regular cookware.
