Title basically says it all. But for an example I’m gonna start meal prepping to dial in my progress in the gym and I’m gonna be eating 200g of chicken/beef and 100g of rice with vegetables. But I want to cook the chicken and rice in bulk. Obviously you weigh before you cook it but how would I split up the portions in 100g increments since it’s gonna all be cooked and weigh more? Same with the chicken/beef
