A little bit of back story: I used to be fat as a kid (not obese) but when I was 13 I became really skinny, however, even though I was thin I could never get rid of lower belly fat. Now I’m 25 and I’ve been working out 5-6 times a week for the past 2 years, I usually do bulk/cut phases and in my last cut I decided to finally get rid of my lower belly fat and finally see my abs for the first time, but just as my teenage years, there was a point where I would just stop losing fat and start to lose muscle, I thought maybe I should just ignore the muscle loss to achieve what I wanted, but no, I eventually reached 135 lbs as a 5’10’’ male and decided that was enough and started bulking again. I don’t know what can I do differently on my next cut to finally get rid of the belly fat. Dieting, exercising, counting calories and my protein consumption has never been issues for me, but I still can’t get rid of it (I can lose fat anywhere else though). Could this be a hormonal problem?
