Everybody at the Oral Health Foundation is delighted to share with you details about our returning campaign, National Smile Month. This year, our longstanding initiative to promote good oral health, will take place between 14 May and 14 June and will see thousands of supporters join us to engage people about the importance of a healthy smile.
We are currently preparing all the resources, activities and events that has made the campaign such a success in previous year’s and we’re hoping to add to this by giving more people greater opportunities to get involved and share their smile.
Also, in this issue, we have two articles focusing on tooth-whitening” target=”_self”>tooth whitening. We provide a guide to illegal tooth whitening, which is sadly becoming all too common. We outline what the issues are and give our advice about how to get your teeth whitened safely and effectively.
Also, in this edition, we give guidance on caring for oral health during dental-care-for-mother-and-baby” target=”_self”>pregnancy, reflect on research which links attraction to the smile, and share with you some common inquiries we have been sent over the last month.
