Hey all. I’m a 22 year old trans man (ftm) looking into losing some serious weight. I had gone from around 350-360 to my current weight 280 but at 5’5 I don’t feel like it’s making much of a difference. I’m tired of being the big guy, and I have an event coming up in 8 months that I want to look better for. Ideally I want to be in the normal weight range by then but I’m not sure where to keep pushing it from here.
I’ve been on testosterone for years, so when calculating my TDEE if that matters significantly. I’m post top surgery as well, so any advice for helping with turning some of this arm fat/looser arm skin to muscle would be fantastic.
I’ve also been on semaglutide for weight loss this year to help as well, and it got me past my plateau at 300-315 to where I am now. Any ideas/tips for weight loss when my schedule is usually pretty full? Any guidance is appreciated, thank you!
